CBO Commission Control
Commission is earned only after the assigned Builder reaches full agreed account value through verified cash. Waived balances do not qualify. Historical commissions require Admin/Finance review and are never created automatically.
Commission Ladder
Legacy ₱15,000 account: ₱1,000 per qualified fully-paid account.
New ₱4,950 accounts per CBO, per calendar month: 1–5 = ₱750 each • 6–10 = ₱850 each • 11th onward = ₱1,000 each.
Monthly position is based on the full-payment completion date. Waived accounts are excluded.

Historical Fully-Paid Accounts for Review
These accounts are fully paid in verified cash, have a current CBO owner, have no waiver, and do not yet have a commission record. Creating a commission is a manual Admin/Finance confirmation of entitlement.
No historical fully-paid accounts currently require commission reconciliation.
Commission Ledger
PENDING means entitlement has been recorded but is not yet approved for payout. Admin/Finance separately controls APPROVED and PAID.
